Francine Allen-Humphrey

"Whatever you do, do it with style" is the mantra of designer Francine Humphrey Ceo of Marcine Designs and director of "Issues Concerning Women". As an event coordinator, fashion show organizer, magazine editor and author, her talents are sought after in many industries.

With 16 years experience, her flair for color and passion for style, her experties lie in designs, fashion, residential and personal makeovers. She loves to help clients develop their own personal styles, every project is focused on the individual.

Mission Statement-Our objective is to utilize our services of event planning, radio and magazine advertising, public relations, promotions and marketing to support business owners in taking their operation to a higher plateau, while also using our services to positively inform, instruct and enlighten the community about entrepreneurship, business ethics and success tips for growing a new company and building strong business relationships.



History


Marcine Designs was established in 1992. Since that time the company has evolved into several divisions. These divisions include marketing, radio and magazine advertising. In the past, Marcine Designs has been well known for wedding/event planning as well as involvement in the community events such as the Youth Matter Banquet and the 2004 Virginia First Fashion Week, where Marcine Designs was a feature-clothing designer.

Throughout the years, Marcine Designs along with People United for the Empowerment of Families has hosted several networking seminars and conferences at the Crown Plaza Hotel, the Wingate Inn and the Kane Marie Museum. Marcine Designs is committed to introducing some of the top business leaders in world to the Hampton Roads area.

In December 2005, Marcine Designs celebrated its one-year anniversary on WGPL 1350 AM. Marcine Designs radio show airs every Tuesday at 2 p.m. The most popular topic is"Your Mission is Possible" is the guiding principle for having balance in your business, your career and your relationships.

In January 2006 Marcine Designs will launch "DESIGNING with STYLE" Magazine, a new lifestyle magazine reflecting the vision of incorporating design with business, home, wellness, beauty and culture.

Each issue will feature local writers, with insightful articles on business owners, community leaders, health, wellness, food, entertainment, arts as well as fashion and home design.

Marcine Designs is more than just another entity that produces events and products to generate a profit, but most importantly we are dedicated to using our services and experience to facilitate today’s generation of leaders to pursue their destiny through networking and building strong associations.
